The Eye of Eternity is a raid instance located inside the Nexus on the island of Coldarra in Borean Tundra. The raid instance contains no trash mobs - just the boss Malygos. However Malygos can not be engaged until someone in the raid has obtained a Key to the Focusing Iris which drops off Sapphiron in Naxxramas.

The Portal to the Eye of Eternity

The entrance to the instance is on the top floor in the center of the Nexus above the Occulus dungeon.
