Vault of Archavon is a raid instance located inside Wintergrasp fortress. To be able to access this instance your faction will need to have control of Wintergrasp by winning the Wintergrasp event. The instance contains one boss - Archavon the Stone Watcher - which is the easiest raid encounter in the game making this more of a reward for winning Wintergrasp then a real raid encounter.

The Portal to the Vault

The entrance to the instance is located inside the Wintergrasp Fortress - there is a teleporter right outside the fortress walls to enter the fortress.
