go to your WoW folder (somewhat like C:Program FilesWorld of Warcraft ). Then you remove your WTF
and the folder Interface. If you start up wow, it will automaticly create new folders.

I think the best idea would be to delete the WTF folder inside your wow folder. Or if you just want to “reset” all for one character you could delete the folder that is named after the character(inside the WTF folder). But be shure to make a backup copy of the WTF folder in case you delete something you didn´t want to.It´s not nessecery or recommended to delete the intereface folder if you want to keep your addons, there is nothing saved besides the addons itself.
Thank you both for the quick response. I look on the WoW forums and I read about deleting the WTF and I did That and I renamed my interface folder to interface backup like it said to do than I started wow again and added my addons again but when I logged in everything was the same as before. Any ideas why it”s doing that?*

Addons keep their information in one of 2 places, both within the WTF folder. The first is in a generic “Saved Variable” folder in the base of folder of your account login name(WoWInstallFolderWTFAccountLOGINNAME). The other is a bit further down in the charachter name in the server directory(WoWInstallFolderWTFAccountLOGINNAMESERVERNAMETOONNAME). If you don”t delete ADDONNAME.lua and ADDONNAME.lua.bak files for a particular addon that is located in either (or in some cases, both) location then your addon will not reset, hence the suggestion to deleting the WTF folder. If you did that that, then the addons will start in their default locations and settings.

Also, if you”re using Vista or Win7, and you have WoW installed to “Program Files” or “Program Files (x86)”, the REAL “WTF” and “Interface” folders are in another castle. :>Navigate to C:Users\AppDataLocalVirtualStoreProgram Files (or Program Files (x86))World of Warcraftand delete the WTF and Interface folders you find there. And then, MOVE WOW TO “C:World Of Warcraft”, so you NEVER have to deal with the VirtualStore mucking with addons/wtf again!

I completely forgot about that. I have been using the same folder since launch and just have moved it when I upgraded and remade shortcuts when necessary…
I have a separate hard drive just for games and storage… I keep Windows and such separate from everything else. WoW has been on my gaming drive for the last 7-ish years.
