Great guide, Uchur.

While I don”t have children myself, a friend of mine wanted his son to be able to play and I had heard about a very bad encounter his son experienced on another game which had very limited controls available. It”s important to keep children safe, and having controls like this in place is extremely important, so I”m glad Blizzard has a more robust system for it.

The only thing I wish they would do a little better of is the text filtering. I know in-game you can use the "mature chat filter", but it can still be fudged around depending on how people format it. There should be some stronger checks with wildcards/well known ways of altering bad content.
