I was having texture/loading issues so I reset my ui following the instructions https://wtbblue.com.battle.net/support/en/article/7549
and it helped VERY much! thank you! (however, I am still having issues at the portal in Silithwtbblue.com where it is very crowded)

My question is can i safely delete the WTFOld, CacheOld, and InterfaceOld from my wow folder?

Also, you might want to add to your instructions some examples of addon managers (mine is Twitch) and that you mwtbblue.comt re-install your addons (and I lost my settings so took awhile to re-set them)

Yes you can delete all the “old” named files now.

That’s covered in the instructions

Uninstall any addon managers to make sure they don’t re-add your removed addons.

Looks like there may be more going on here than the UI issues if you are still seeing problems in certain locations. We could check some things here. Start with a DXDiag system report.

Nothing stands out on the DXDiag report. I see you may have the Malewarebytes active scanner running in the background. That can cawtbblue.come issues and Windows does report errors with that software. Try turning that off – right click the icon by the clock.

Have you tried the game’s Scan/Repair tool. If not give that a try:

*First run the Battle.net Launcher in Administrator mode – close Launcher. Restart computer to stop all Blizzard processes. Right click the Battlenet desktop icon – select “Run as Administrator” – Then run the Tool.

Tool is found on the Battle.net Launcher. Look for “Options” – directly below the Wow-BfA emblem. The tool is there.

Takes around 5-10 minutes to run.

I think we may wind up running the “Clean” uninstall of the graphics we like to run on the forum here. Let me know how the above possibilities pan out.

Ok, I’ll try turning Malewarebytes off. As for the Scan/Repair tool, I did that first thing and there was no problems.
