Wow What Classes Can Use Warglaives For Other Classes In 8, Warglaives For Other Classes In 8

Nah. Keeps DHs a bit more unique. I hope they do the same type of thing for other classes. Adds flavour

That”s entirely fine.Hell, I want 2h Frost DK back and 1h Fury Warriors. More choice for the people so we can actually have some RPG elements back instead of this railroad theme-park bullshit.

Đang xem: Wow what classes can use warglaives

so true. i remember WW monk in wod, they had a passive which changed the spec a little based on the weapon. If it was 2hand agi weapons or dual wielding
No. I think the idea of Warglaives being it”s own weapon type is kinda dumb since it creates the same problem that ranged weapons do, but the model of warglaives is something that should remain DH exclusive, it”s a core part of their class fantasy and other classes have no reason to ever wanna use them. If DH were a playable class in TBC, Warglaives of Azzinoth would”ve been DH only just like the ability to transmog them is DH only.
considering fast OH daggers were removed because only rogues used them, I find stupid having warglaives in game only for DH to use them. Allow combat rogues, ww monks and maybe frost DK to use them.
What I think is yes: warglaives should be usable by other classes. For instance, there”s Shadow Hunters that also use them.Especially now that they made a traditional circular Night Elf glaive a warglaive.
That”s why I decided to make this post. I think my Nigh Elf Warrior would love that glaive more than my blood elf DH.
To be honest, I”d be okay if it were classified a sword or something, too. I want the Warfront warglaive to be more like the oldschool Vanilla night elf warglaive model, then the circular glaive could be a sword and used by warriors, etc.
I for one am not happy with my Windwalker monk being locked into only using one handers. And I assume many Enha shamans aren”t either. Adds flavor, but takes away from costumization
I”m a frost DK and hate dual wielding. But a 2H sword still fits the class fantasy. Glaives on the other hand suit DHs and Wardens. Keep them as being DH exclusive. Though I agree monks should be able to use whatever they want that has agility. Fucking hate what Blizzard did to class weapons in Legion.

If personal loot is going to continue being enforced for everyone, I don”t really feel it”s a massive problem to have weapons only one class gets use out of.

Make a new weapon type: Glaive (not Warglaive). Useable by warriors, rogues, hunters and demon hunters. Circular (night elves) and two-bladed (high/blood elves) glaives get into this category, so that established classes that use them can use them. Classic demon hunter warglaives are untouched and they can choke on them or something. The thing is, these circular/two-bladed glaives are a classic visual for non-demon hunter elves, and they must be able to use them without being a demon hunter. Don”t steal the essence of the weapon!
Homogenization is not costumization…Everyone being able to do everything is just a mess. Want a 2 handed DPS ? Play one…This post is on the same level as “My mage can”t shoot lightning bolts, it should be able to because muh customization”
As others noted, I”d rather they work on a two-bladed glaive for DHs and use the circular glaive as a weapon class several classes can use, since it”s an iconic weapon for night elf guards/huntresses/Sentinels. I am, however, also entirely in favor of bringing back 2h WW/Frost/Enhance, 1h Fury, and DW Blood/Unholy/Survival.- – – Updated – – –

There”s already two warglaive options available to players listed as “swords.” Illidan”s and some other one I can”t remember. If those tri bladed glaives are player obtainable, yes I”d like them to also be “swords” for the sake of my nelf.

Umm… what? Weapon is 100% customization… I hate the fact that I can”t xmog fist weapons into other things. I don”t like any of them. But I haven”t been blessed with a weapon I can turn into a warglaive yet. I”m sure I am not the only person who spends a lot of time at the transmog trying to make good looking outfits. Weapon is a huge part of that for me. He”ll fist weapons don”t even have a sheathed visual…

Windwalker Monks don”t even use weapons in their animations. I am kicking and punching while my weapons are sat on my back. BUT – it needs to be two one handers sat there, I can”t punch and kick if there”s a staff or polearm on my back. That”s blizzard”s idea of class fantasy right there.

I prefer monks attacking with their fists. But to be honest, they should”ve gotten their own type of weapon to begin with. Maybe not necessarily a weapon, but more like a chi focus. So there”s nothing useless being strapped to your back/sides while you fight. And all the while, allowing monks to choose to use 1h weapons or staves to actually fight WITH.
